Some services provided by the practice are not covered under our NHS contract and therefore attract charges. Examples include:

• Medicals for HGV & taxi licences
• Insurance claim forms
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

How to make a request
You can submit your request for private work in the following ways:

• Bring your request into reception

Please note that requests for private letters may take up to 28 working days to process.
