Afternoon closure for staff training
Queensway Surgery will be closed from 1pm staff training. This is a protected time when NHS staff across Southend and Essex come together to complete training and development to improve their skills, knowledge, and the care we provide to patients.
During these closures, if you need medical advice or treatment, please use one of the following options:
- NHS 111 online or call 111
- Pharmacy for advice on minor illnesses and repeat medications
- Call 999 in an emergency or if someone’s life is at risk
Normal opening hours will resume the following working day.
