Please note that the telephone lines at Queensway are closed between 1pm-2pm daily

Evenings, Weekends & Bank Holidays:

Appointments are available between 18:00 and 20:00 and from 9.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays. Please contact reception.

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery is open please dial 1-1-1 . Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

dates to take part in a scheme for all practice staff to develop
and update their professional skills and knowledge.
